Head of Productivity (Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma and Lean Certification Required)

The primary responsibility of the Head of Productivity, is to lead the team and strategy for Productivity and Transformation in the North America (NA) region and show financial benefit in the form of cost and or revenue improvements. This role is a critical business partner to the Executive Leadership team and their staff. He/she must be comfortable lending advice, influencing Executive leaders, and giving direction at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of management and organizational principles and self-motivation are essential. This position requires flexible work hours and travel.

The Head of Productivity will be expected to successfully:

Head the deployment and strategy of Experians Productivity program for NA and Central America
Design and deliver against our strategic productivity imperatives across NA business units:
o Lead senior productivity team to drive belt deployment to: 50% / 30% / 10% respectively for yellow, green and black belts over a two-year period
o Lead a team of senior productivity leaders to deliver hard financial benefit back to the NA P&L. Continue to grow year over year rev/FTE and EBIT improvement
o Scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA), lead a team of automation developers to deliver against our automation goals. Bringing new automation capabilities including machine learning and AI
Lead team in collaboration with regional HR organization to drive workforce strategy for the region, including offshoring, organization design and workforce utilization initiatives
Analyze sound analytical studies in a less than perfect environment and provide strategy on achieving expectations
Develop, manage and lead continuous process improvement strategies and initiatives across North America
Identify opportunities for strategic advancements. Define productivity objectives and manage multifaceted teams to execute on company initiatives
Introduce and drive towards sustainable change across multiple cultures
Develop and manage internal controls and organizational metrics dashboards consistent with the needs of the business
Design, improve and lead Internal Process Plans for heavily regulated environments
Present Productivity strategy around business requirements based on process knowledge for technology implementations
Be a trusted advisor to BU presidents and regional leadership
Build and attract talent to ensure sustainability of NA rev/FTE and EBIT performance Education/Certification:
Engineering or Related Bachelors Degree required
Masters degree in related business or science
Lean Six Sigma Certification: Lean Six Sigma (LSS) or Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) Master Black Belt and Lean Certifications from reputable program.
AI/Machine Learning Certification from reputable engineering university

Expert understanding of RPA, AI and Machine Learning and Agile methods
Minimum of 20+ years in consulting and/or service industries
Minimum 15+ years as a full-time Black Belt and/or Master Black Belt with hands-on Lean expertise
Lead Enterprise level deployment in at least two fortune level corporations
Extensive experience leading a multifaceted senior team and change management
