This position is responsible for ongoing support of our sales, product strategy, and business development groups. As a Client and Product Success Manager, the candidate will be expected to assist with bringing products to market and produce marketing, tracking, and reporting deliverables for internal and external audiences.

Candidate Characteristics:
The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and be comfortable managing and coordinating cross functional teams. A background in product management and/or product marketing is required. They must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to convey ideas and information through slides, presentations and written materials. The candidate must also demonstrate strong ability to manage a variety of tasks within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and be solution-oriented while keeping tasks prioritized. Strong organization, time management, problem solving, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Expand live client engagement. Expand relationships within clients organization to secure existing business, and identify new business opportunities. Detect, report, forecast, and mitigate client risk and develop account planning.
Establish regular cadence for customer. Monitor and evaluate product usage to make certain implemented products are providing expected return on investment and meeting customer expectations.
Product Launch Support. Participate in cross-functional product governance process involving legal, and compliance requirements for launching new products and responding to client requests.
Go-to-market Plans. Coordinate across teams and apply a structured approach to execute on go-to-market plans encompassing sales engagement, and internal training.
Value Proposition and Positioning. Develop and clearly and concisely articulate product messaging that differentiates our products and resonates with targeted market segments and across channels.
Sales Support. Develop and maintain collateral such as pitch decks, objection handling, internal training tools, and FAQs.
Product Expertise. Produce product and solution-based presentations and provide insight on applying product capabilities, client pain points, and compliance requirements.
Marketing content. Create and manage compelling internal/external product content such as case studies, videos, external training materials, product sheets, product bulletins, website content, ROI calculators, conference presentations, trade show materials, and white papers.
Collaboration. Work directly with Product Strategy, Client Engagement, Engineering, Implementation, and Technical Support teams.

Desired Education and Skills:
Ideal combination is excellent communication skills, ability to understand complex topics and explain to non-technical audiences, experience with complex software solutions, a good knowledge base of systems and processes, and exposure to Experian and/or mortgage systems as related to data permissioning and transaction processing.

5 + years of experience in product marketing and/or product management, business planning and/or new product introduction, including the management of product marketing and/or product management teams.
Good knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and communications principles for sale of intangible products.
Experience in working with technology operations across multiple organizations.
Must remain flexible and be comfortable with ambiguity within a very demanding, constantly changing environment.
Experience in the mortgage market and mortgage-related applications is preferred.
Demonstrated project management, organizational, customer-facing, independent problem solving, self-direction, analytical, verbal and written communications skills are critical.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks, take initiative and prioritize multiple work items.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required.Ā 
BS/BA degree required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio).
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (AI, In Design, Photoshop).
