Job Description:

We are seeking a detail orientated and proactive Administrator for the Underwriting Department. This position will work closely with the Senior Credit Team to advance department goals and objectives related to training & professional development, department efficiencies, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have previous experience (minimum 2-3 years) in Multifamily GSE. To be successful in the role, candidates should possess excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills paired with strong computer proficiency.

General Responsibilities:

  •        Coordinating department-wide training & development
  •        Managing conference attendance
  •       Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac audit requests
  •        Third party vendor management
  •        Process management and improvements
  •        Reporting and metric modeling
  •       Database management via SharePoint
  •       New hire onboarding (department specific)
  •        Special projects and events

Skills, Education and Experience: 

  •        Bachelors Degree required
  •        Minimum 2-3 years experience with Multifamily GSE Lending
  •        Ability to work productively under minimal supervision
  •        Demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize projects; complete multiple tasks on schedule
  • Strong initiative and self-reliance, ability to work independently
    • Ability to partner with individuals at various levels of management
    • Proactive team player, able to work effectively under sometimes stressful conditions
    • Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in EXCEL and Word
    • Strong work ethic
    • Ability to travel a minimum of 10-20%
