What you bring to PMB: 

You pride yourself on developing new business while managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients. You have a history of exceeding assigned Loan growth goals and Core Deposit growth for a regional area. You have had extensive successful experience leading a financial center in growth, profitability, and managing relationship managers and support staff members within the region. You have experience in all facets of commercial lending and your experience is primarily sales in C&I lending. You are open to learning and coaching and you are comfortable providing relevant, positive, and constructive feedback with the intention of motivating for success. You believe in making a difference every day to support your team and the organizations strategic goals and mission. 

Heres what youll do: 

Working with executive and senior leaders, the Regional Manager is responsible for the execution of sales strategies to drive growth and revenue with your region. Youll lead, manage, and monitor the Regions business sales activities and while achieving the financial center budgets. Youll oversees a financial center with direct oversight of Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, and support staff. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that activities are consistent with Bank policies and procedures, and that they support the execution of business and strategic plans established by the executive management and the Board of Directors. 

Essential Job Duties 

  • Coordinate and work with Relationship Managers to grow the Region while maintaining credit quality and timely reporting
  • Drive growth and revenue leading to exceptional financial performance of the Region
  • Provide direction, leadership and set the tone for all employees within the Region
  • Be the face and image of the bank within your community, participate in business related Boards, Organizations and Charitable groups
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal in order to effectively develop business and cross sell banking services
  • Originate and manage pipeline of high quality business opportunities
  • Manage a loan portfolio with an emphasis on quality, profitability and timeliness
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all services offered by the bank and work seamlessly with other departments within the bank
  • Have a well-established network of key community influencers who have and will continue to drive business to the bank
  • Manage and review loan approval reports and make presentations and recommendations to Loan Committee;
  • Manage the professional growth and development of bank officers within the region  

What you need for this position:  

Job Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of relevant experience including commercial banking, leadership, credit, sales, relationship management, and personnel management.
  • Proven leader in exceeding financial sales lending goals through client acquisition and relationship expansion.
  • Experience presenting to executive teams and credit committees
  • A sound understanding of the commercial financial industry
  • Bachelors degree or higher preferred.
