Sr. Talent Development Specialist
The Senior Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and evaluating learning courses and programs.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Determining competencies, learning needs and learning objectives for the product development organizations various employees.
2. Developing course curricula, courses, modules and supporting materials to accomplish learning objectives.
3. Ensure the delivery of learning courses and programs through suitable methodologies including classroom, webinar, video and online learning.
4. Evaluation of employee learning, training materials and supporting materials in order to improve training methods.
Design Thinking, Curriculum Design, Instructional Design and Development, Project Management, Effective Communications, Adult Learning Theory and Practice, Instructional Technologies (Storyline, Captivate, Video).
5+ years experience designing and developing learning in a 2,500 person+ global corporate training organization. 5+ years experience designing and developing learning for a variety of corporate learning environments including e-learning, webinar, video and instructor-led training
2+ years experience using Design Thinking in a corporate learning environment
