The purpose of the Training Lead is to manage the combined programme teams delivering training programmes, stakeholder engagement and programme. Works closely with the Programme Team to set training strategy, as well as planning, developing and delivering content, interventions and training programmes to explain, activate and embed the change with the target audiences. Support coordinating training activities, conduct QA and overall delver's tracking
It involves: ownership of the training plan; maintenance and delivery of key messages; consultation with Business Programme managers and Business Transformation Leads as proxy for target audiences; measurement and collection of feedback to address concerns. Connects employees to our programme purpose, business priorities and to enables the change by preparing individuals and promoting engagement.
