Lead and Support Business requirement workshops and definite a solution roadmap. Converting business requirements, processes and data flows into functional requirements and design. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and as many of the following as possible: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, package based deployments, App Exchange products. Strong experience of completing a large scale Salesforce implementation using multiple cloud apps Expereicne of delivering solutions in a Master Data Management or SOA environment. Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Skills

Ability to:

* Both Lead and Support Business Requirements Workshops and Define Solution Roadmap
* Convert business requirements, processes and data flows into functional requirements and design
* Define solutions in a component-based manner aiding standardisation and reutilisation of functionality
* Design custom applications on and off the Salesforce platform
* Design complex Salesforce and/or data models
* Own the complete design of the solution both on/off the Salesforce platform
* Lead a team of Salesforce resources in the build of the solution
* Work with Technical Architect and Dev team to convey and support the build of the application

Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform, knowledge of 2 or more areas shown below:

* Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
* Web, Social Media and Mobile
* Package based deployment
* Communities, Sites and mobile applications
* Experience of common App Exchange products such as Conga, Docusign, Salesforce Extended Apps etc

Beneficial Skills:

* AWS - Data Ingestion, Data Modelling, Docker, Lambda functions, Kinesis, S3, Athena, Hadoop Comprehend
* Azure / MSTeams
* Cloud suites: Workday, Medallia, Azure, Heroku, Marketo
* Oracle DB
* Web Services, SOAP, REST/XML, Integration Patterns
* Integration solutions: Informatica / MuleSoft
*Automated Testing - Mocha / Jasmine

Work with Salesforce Business Analyst to define and document functional requirements and solution design

Advise and Support Adoption Consultant in the build of Adoption materials

Contribute to QA/UAT as Solution Owner

Qualifications

* Computer Science or related degree / equivalent industry experience
* Cloud Certification Highly Beneficial: Marketing, Sales or Service Cloud
* Certification using other Cloud technology: Marketo, AWS, Workday, Medallia, Azure, Heroku etc

Experience

* Worked as a Salesforce Solution Lead on 2 or more large scale Salesforce implementations using multiple Cloud apps
* Strong Salesforce BA/Consultant/SA experience preferably in a consultative environment.
* Awareness of Sprint / Scrum & Kanban methodologies
* Experienced delivering solutions in a Master Data Management or SOA environment advantageous
* Financial Service sector experience beneficial, but not essential
