Harvey Nash are working with a national organisation who are looking to add to the service desk / helpdesk team, with a hands on helpdesk team leader / 3rd line support engineer.
The role is accountable for delivering excellent service, leading, and motivating the helpdesk function currently comprising of 4 service desk engineers. Managing good practice procedures, auditing, and escalation paths, and providing an internal point of escalation to the service desk team.

The role will be a hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the Stockton-on-Tees office. There may be some travel to site locations so a UK driving licence is required for this role.
We have a starting salary of £35k to £40k plus benefits including 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays on top.
