We are looking for an ambitious individual to lead and manage the Company Secretarial function within HSBC Securities Services (Guernsey) Limited ("HSSG"). By developing our people, processes and systems, we drive the highest standards of corporate governance globally to support the delivery of Group strategy and to satisfy the expectations of our stakeholders.

In this role you will:

  • Advise the Boards of Directors of HSSG and its client funds of which he/she is Secretary on, on all corporate governance matters and provide direct support to the Board, Non-Executive Directors, its Committees and senior management.
  • Deliver the objectives of the country by ensuring that effective Company Secretarial support and advice is provided to all companies of which he/she is Secretary
  • Lead and act upon changes in legislation and regulation within Guernsey, with particular regard to the continuing obligations of HSSG.
  • Assist with directing the preparation of all minutes, agendas, notices, proxies, waivers of notice and subsequent correspondence in connection with meetings of directors and shareholders.
