This role will oversee the production of the financial, regulatory and liquidity reporting requirements for the Group's legal entities, ensuring the appropriate financial controls are maintained, providing reporting and assurance to the BU CFOs.

About the role
In this role some of the key responsibilities are to:
- Lead, own and co-ordinate the production of the monthly numbers for the Group's legal entities to provide to the various BU CFOs and to the Group reporting team.
- Manage the preparation of the applicable statutory, regulatory, liquidity, and entity board reporting for the Group's legal entities, ensuring it adheres with all standards, policies and delivery deadlines.
- Attend entity board meetings when required.
- Be an instrumental part in driving through a significant change agenda for the finance function, which is part of the Finance Optimisation programme. This will include setting up a new legal entity team in Southampton, overseeing the transition of work from other locations to Southampton, and assisting in the implementation of a new GL system, including involvement with process design, reporting outputs, and testing.
