Sopra Banking Software is recruiting for a Test Lead to join our existing team in our Sheffield or Dunstable offices. As a Test Lead you will be responsible for the testing process of our products ranging from banking and building society software to asset finance software packages.

As a Test Lead it is preferable to have:

Tools (preferable but not essential)

  • Fitnesse (or other automated test tool)
  • XML
  • FileZilla Client (or similar)
  • IBM Rational ClearTeam
  • Quality Centre
  • Proficient in the use of Word
  • Proficient in the use of Excel
  • WINK
  • JIRA (or similar)

Knowledge (preferable but not essential)
  • Web Applications
  • Testing of web services
  • Business Mortgage and Savings processing
  • A basic understanding of SQL
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines - able to prioritise workload
  • Commitment to Quality
  • Dedication
  • Pro-active
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a Team
