You will be responsible for managing the IT Risk stream of Risk Assurance within their Advisory Practice.

The Role:

 

The successful candidate will:

 

  • Manage the ITGC work to support the External Audit Practice
  • Manage IT controls aspects of ISAE3402 (or equivalent) reporting
  • Coach junior team members within Risk Assurance on delivery of the above
  • Coach audit teams in PwC’s audit methodology in relation to IT General Controls
  • Support the leadership team in further developing advisory revenues
  • Act as an ambassador of the firm and as a role model for trainees and executives

 

Requirements:

 

  • ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or equivalent
  • Additional relevant IT Risk qualifications desirable
  • Experience working closely with Audit Managers and Controls Assurance Managers, understanding their portfolios and the level of required input from the Risk Assurance team with regard to IT controls
  • Effective Project Management experience
  • Flexibility in your approach to meeting goals as part of the team
  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Coaching and trainings delivery to junior members of staff
