The Role:
The Head of Contract Management is accountable for ensuring that the operational and financial commitments made by all suppliers are delivered. Through a team of Contract Managers and Contract Analysts the role will provide the primary conduit to all suppliers for addressing commercial and contractual issues during the lifecycle of the agreement. The role will act as a point of escalation for operational issues that cannot be resolved through operational relationships or the Service Management team.
The role will work collaboratively with operations, legal and procurement to ensure that the required service is sourced and delivered.

  • Set Direction: Ensures suppliers and their agreements are aligned to the objectives of Prudential
  • To Operate: Understands the key commercial levers available and presents options to the Executive team to enable delivery of commercial objectives
  • To Operate: The contractual framework for service, allowing for effective dispute resolution outside of the operating window
  • To Advise: Collaborates with operational owners, procurement and legal to fulfil new requirements and implement the sourcing strategy
