Role: Customer Marketing Manager

Location: Reading

Contract: 6 months

You will operate in a multicultural virtual team and report directly to the Customer Marketing VP.

Strong influencer and relationship-building skills, great determination and drive, and excellent execution skills are required to ensure that you can deliver high return marketing plans and strategies.

You will be part of a brand-new team that has a very exciting challenge ahead of us.

  • Form direct relationships with customers and orchestrate the various customer-facing teams
  • Develop customer insights and understanding
  • Work closely with customer success to better understand our customers adoption/retention
  • Define a customer communication plan
  • Define the plan, assets and scheduling
  • Maintain customer relationships and oversee execution
  • Provide KPIs and communicate internally
  • Develop local initiatives to build a customer community
  • Customer Advocacy & Content Map: Customer References Stories + Videos program, Asset Library with up to date Relevant Content (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU)

  • Deep knowledge of Marketing and Sales disciplines and processes with a focus on Modern Marketing practices (Social Media, Digital/web, SEO/SEM, Marketing Automation, Content led Marketing, Inbound, Personas, Buyers journey, integration)
  • Spokesperson, Strong written and verbal communications skills in English. Knowledge of other languages would be helpful, especially Arabic or French
  • A strong track record driving pipeline and awareness in the EMEA Enterprise SaaS market i.e. in a subscription business model
  • Data Driven and analytical
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Applications in the Cloud and the way to successfully market it
  • Knowledge of the use of social media for pipeline generation, engagement & awareness
  • Budget & Project Management skills
  • Ability to navigate large, complex & matrixed organisations
  • Seniority to address Executives within the account

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Customer facing activities
  • Degree/Diploma in appropriate discipline (or equivalent)
