Overall Purpose of the Post:

As the Product Manager you will build product strategy and create a vision. You will be responsible for driving the vision and delivery of a number of key products within our client's offering.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership for the vision and execution of products

• Track overall market and competitive dynamics

• Develop business cases for products and features

• Propose product requirements and product development programs

• Prepare return-on-investment analysis

• Determine success criteria for all products and features

• Drive adoption, measuring performance post release

• Act as intermediary between market/business requirements and engineering

• Understand client and stakeholder needs

• Develop a detailed knowledge of market and end-user needs, work across departments to bring the product to life, communicating the voice of the customer

Background:

• Demonstratable experience of defining Product strategy and creating Product vision

• Experience working as a Product Manager in an agile environment

• Ability to clearly communicate the vision between the backlog items and the business goals

• Demonstrate the value of a scrum team

• Experience of being a Product Manager in a complex, multi-faceted software environment

• Very familiar with Agile ways of working

• Senior stakeholder engagement

• Experience working in multi-disciplined, product led teams
