You will work as part of a wider server operations team supporting a large and complex estate covering technologies such as Red Hat, AIX, iSeries as well as Cloud and Hyper Converged Infrastructure such as AWS, Azure and Nutanix.

What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?

  • You have experience of supporting HPE BladeSystem Architecture and Hyper Converged Infrastructure, specifically Nutanix Enterprise Cloud including exposure to AOS, Prism, and AHV
  • You have a background in Service Management & Operations (particularly Request Fulfilment, Incident/Problem/Change Management) with experience of Service Transition
  • You have experience of developing and implementing proactive monitoring and alerting for critical infrastructure and services
  • You have experience of implementing, managing and supporting services that are aligned to the business strategy and operational requirements.
  • You can successfully present information like a service portfolio/catalogue to non-technical audiences
  • You have experience of developing and leading high performing teams, motivating and training individuals to deliver service excellence.
