As a Digital Performance Analyst, you'll be in a highly visible position within a team of diverse skillsets, developing measures from multiple data sources that will help to gauge the value and efficiency of government services, carrying out detailed analysis and providing senior stakeholders with deep insights into the performance of our services, helping to improve them for the millions of UK citizens that depend on them.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
You can participate in discussions determining which success measurements are appropriate, with guidance from more experienced colleagues. You have experience in turning business needs and goals into performance measures.
Able to use quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn customer focus into outcomes. Delivers analysis and information that addresses stakeholder needs and provides recommendations.
You understand the appropriate media to communicate findings. You can shape and share communications relevant to the audience. You can give tactical recommendations.
