A Change Manager is required by a banking client to manage the implementation of a new Covenants system in their end to end Admissions and Risk Management Process.

The background for the requirement is that following the roll out of their Strategic Corporate admissions systems, the next stage of the Corporate transformation journey is the closure of gaps in the monitoring and control of existing customers. This comprises 2 main work streams but the one that is of relevance is: Covenants – the implementation of a covenants system for all Risk segments - All corporate customers are set various covenants criteria in the loan agreement, which are tested for compliance purposes on a periodic basis. The current covenant set up and monitoring processes are manually intensive with multiple points of failure which jeopardises the management of operational risk.

So you will be required to manage the development of Strategy, definition of plan and manage communications to stakeholders.  You will also define training material, coordinate training sessions and track the progress of training and system adoption.  Finally you will be required to manage incidents, report KPIs and track migration of covenants to the new system.

This role will be well suited to someone who has experience of working with a Corporate Risk Function with expertise in delivering business change.  You don't necessarily need the domain expertise but a can do attitude with a willingness to be very hands on.

This role requires someone who is available immediately.
