We are looking to grow our Expatriate Tax Services team with a Senior Manager who can deliver high quality services to clients - flexible location, either Manchester or Birmingham

Your key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
  • Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations
  • Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
  • Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken
  • Responsible for day-to-day delivery of client liaison
  • Key member of one of the client service groups providing full tax services to a client portfolio.
  • Being innovative in embracing how technology can continue to evolve and support the way in which we deliver efficient and effective advice

  • Track record of leading / developing team members and supporting their personal development and career progression
  • Negotiation skills, able to sustain opinion and handle challenges
  • the ability to lead a team of people, and develop and support them in their career development
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent financial management

To qualify for this role, you must have

  • Experience as an expatriate tax practitioner
  • A second language is beneficial
  • Team player; ability to integrate with new teams quickly
  • Outgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality output
  • Excellent communicator in range of situations both written and oral
  • Change orientated with flexible approach

Ideally, you'll also have

  • ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA/EA
