This client is a tier 1 investment banking and financial services organisation, they are very well known on the market and are a brilliant organisation to personally develop. They have a global reach with customers in over 30 countries around the world. They operate over four key functions; wealth management, personal banking, corporate banking and investment banking.
YOUR NEW ROLE
This IT Sourcing Manager will be l responsible for looking after global Technology Infrastructure Services deals looking after the Data-centre and Hosting categories forming part of a technology group who are responsible for managing significant commercial deals of £2bn annually so you will need to be able to work collaboratively.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
You will need Financial Services experience to apply for this role with significant exposure to IT procurement categories and tenders. Previous direct experience sourcing data-centre, hosting, infrastructure would also be an asset to this role.
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
The role is initially 6 months to be based in Manchester. The client is looking to pay up to 450 a day for this role, however this is completely subjective and dependent on experience level.
