Job Description
Exciting new Global opportunity to implement New Talent Acquisition Systems - to over 90 countries ** competitive daily rate**12 month contract**

The Global Recruitment Lead will work with regional and Country recruitment stakeholders to playback designs and make changes where required, with the aim of delivering a fit for purpose Talent Acquisition System configuration which offers simplicity, compliance and a first-class candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience.

Key Accountabilities
  • Leading the global recruitment requirements that should be configured in SmartRecruiters
  • Working with the Project Manager, Technical team, vendor and recruitment stakeholders
  • Works with senior recruitment stakeholders to ensure system workflows are fit for purpose
  • Responsible for obtaining sign-off on system set-up
  • Ensures testing is fit for purpose
  • Ensure the suite of reports and recruitment dashboards are set up as required
  • Ensures system processes are (where possible) standardized and simplified
  • Ensures the careers website is first-class

Skills & Knowledge
  • Degree educated or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years senior global recruitment experience
  • Has previously implemented or been part of the project team to implement Smart Recruiters
  • Has experience of complex matrix environment within Agra Pharma and/or Pharmaceutical sector
  • In depth knowledge on global recruitment legislative requirements
  • Strong change management experience
  • Can work with multiple agencies and vendors
  • Is pro-active. Can quickly identify issues and works independently to resolve them or can escalate appropriately
  • Excellent communication skills. Can influence all level of stakeholders
  • Competent with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience of Smartsheets would be a benefit
