The Digital Communication and Engagement team works at the heart of the organisation, setting out the overall strategy and role for communications and engagement across Digital. The team develops innovative communications strategies and delivery plans to engage multiple audiences on the DWP Digital story.
We're helping our digital, data and technology communities of practice to grow, engaging colleagues on our vision and priorities, and involving colleagues in shaping our organisation. We help our colleagues across DWP understand how digital is changing the way we work with customers and with each other.
And we're building the profile and reputation of DWP Digital externally too, publicising the exciting work we do to help us attract and retain the talent we need to continue to transform our services.

You and your role
As an Digital Communication and Engagement Manager, you'll develop engaging content and effective delivery plans using audience insight, channel expertise and your creative communications skills.
You'll work collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues across and beyond DWP Digital to define, deliver and evaluate the DWP Digital story to internal audiences.
You'll help colleagues translate technical issues into relevant and understandable content which resonates with your audiences.
You'll provide expert advice to colleagues within and beyond your team on the best way of engaging audiences, and come up with imaginative solutions to specific engagement challenges.
You'll also build a strong understanding of your audiences, and use evaluation to continually refine your delivery.
