A London-based leading sell-side research firm is looking to bring on an individual with 3+ years experience to join its highly ranked Southern European banks team. The associate should have experience within the FIG sector and be fluent in Italian.
Key Responsibilites:
- Develop expertise within the coverage sector
- Become adept at in-depth analysis of relevant industry and companies
- Demonstrate thought leadership and make significant contributions to the firm’s written product and financial analysis
- Develop relationships with institutional clients, sales, trading as well as with senior management of companies in the industry
The ideal candidate will have:
- A 1st class or 2:1 undergraduate degree in a relevant academic subject from a top-tier university
- Where applicable, a GMAT score of 730 and above
- Excellent analytical skills and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced financial modelling skills and/or experience of analysing banks from a financial standpoint (may have credentials such as the CAA, CFA, ACA or CPA or may have worked in investment banking)
- Native or fluent Italian language skills.
