eSales Manager

We are currently looking for an eSales Manager to build and maintain client relationships and grow electronic revenue.

Key Responsibilities


Sales
  • Responsible for promoting all Fenics Technology-powered electronic trading platforms within the BGC Group of companies (BGC Partners, GFI Group, RP Martin, Aurel, Latium & Sunrise) to customers in EMEA
  • Provide in depth demonstrations of platform functionality to internal & external customers
  • Build and maintain client relationships by carrying out customer visits, systematic follow-ups with new clients, and through various other forms of client entertaining (lunches, dinner, drinks, day-events, etc)
  • Increase client awareness of added functionality and features available
  • Identify weak client relationships, suggest and execute improvement strategies
  • Updating MS Dynamics of all visits and feedback, tracking follow-ups where necessary
  • Maintain CRM tool reporting and key updates to senior management


Product

  • Delivering extensive customer feedback to Product Strategy to assist in the development and enhancement of platform functionality
  • Gathering Market and Competitor intelligence
  • Supporting and project managing new initiatives to attract more electronic revenue
  • Managing the launch of new business rollouts on our platforms, working towards critical timelines
  • Developing strategies for internal and external clients to provide liquidity and execute trades on screen


General

  • Producing analysis of monthly revenue reports and login status reports to management
  • Updating Head of eSales on market issues that could affect electronic revenue and any technical issues that may affect platform performance
  • Managing in tandem with our support teams any technical issues with regards to client access to platform and its performance
  • Suggesting and implementing improvement strategies in relation to our platform's operational performance
  • Keep up to date with current and emerging regulation i.e. SEF, EMIR, MIFID II
  • Awareness of other platform services available in the market i.e. STP and RTNS / Aggregator facilities

Required Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous financial markets Sales experience preferred
  • Pro-active attitude to problem solving
  • Good understanding of the financial markets, in particular within FX, Rates, Credit & Commodities.
  • Attention to detail
