Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead for Global FMCG Multi-national - Greenfield Workday Implementation

Working exclusively with a multi-national client in the FMCG Sector who are looking to develop & build out their People Analytics Function. This is a Greenfield Workday Programme for full-suite Workday HCM & Financials Implementation across 70,000 users in 30+ countries going live in October 2019. This role would report into the Global HRIS Director and lead the Reporting & Analytics function inside the global business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build dashboards & deliver insight and business intelligence
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership to align Business Strategy with the HR function
  • Lead & Deliver initiatives to capture business growth around Data & Analytics
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership to define and deliver the Strategic Road Map
  • Partner with external Implementation partner and third parties
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns for large data sets.
  • Drive HR Technology
  • Know how to spot patterns in data and the business knowledge to know what is worthwhile.
  • Responsible for ad-hoc miscellaneous reporting for HR business partners and Business Units
  • Understanding concepts of data analytics, predictive analytics and trend analysis
  • Build out the People analytics function – Attracting, Hiring, Onboarding, Managing

Key Skills

  • Workday experience preferable
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting and analytics role - Workday or similar ERP
  • Experience in Reporting & Analytics platforms such as Workday, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Visier, SAP etc
  • Comfortable working in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint etc.); advance proficiency in Excel required Experience in previous Leadership role preferred
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and team with others
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
  • Ability to present & articulate data & insights to both users and Senior Stakeholders including C-Suite
  • Intellectual Curiosity
  • Ability to translate large data sets into actionable stories
  • Experience in Workday Configuration could be a bonus
  • Strong financial & business acumen
  • Understands concepts of data analytics, predictive analytics and trend analysis
