Our client, a leading global investment firm with multi-billion USD in AuM, is seeking a dynamic and organised [Senior Associate or Vice President] to join the Investor Relations team in the London office. The role will include providing services and support to the firm's existing and prospective investor base. A desire for a fast-paced environment is crucial. The role will report to a Managing Director, the Head of Investor Relations. The successful candidate will be given considerable exposure to a wide range of some of the most relevant products available in the market today with the opportunity to assist in managing a global team of Analysts and Associates along with providing client service while working with key internal groups across the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Project manage end-to-end fundraising processes
  • Work directly with product development and sales teams in preparation for launching new funds and onboarding new investors
  • Develop and review marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, AGMs and adhoc investor communications
  • Lead on investor due diligence efforts throughout the fundraising period as well as supporting quarterly reporting as required
  • Assist in managing junior team members, reviewing their work and driving the team in the right direction
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Educated to degree level with experience in Investor Relations, Investment Bnking, Consulting or other relevant experience
  • Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail, project management skills and analytical abilities are key
  • Strong interest in, and understanding of, credit markets - both credit and public - desirable but not required
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills as well as experience using a CRM system
