Vice President – Leading Private Equity firm - Large compensation package

Location: London, England, United Kingdom
Salary: Negotiable

A multi-billion dollar AUM blue chip Asset Manager is looking to hire a Vice President in to their leading Private Equity business. The private equity team is at the forefront of an innovative strategy so their competitive advantage is bigger than ever. Consequently, this team sees huge deal flow and has already committed 2/3rds of their recently raised fund.

The Global Head of the team is currently looking for a Vice President to be his right-hand man. The team is currently expanding and there are juniors within the team who are able to support you on the deals. The hire will be expected to screen investment ideas, perform due diligence on each of the underlying assets in the portfolios, aid with the closing of deals, act as a board member for investment companies, monitor ongoing investments, and monitor and evaluate potential exit alternatives. Within this role the vice president has the opportunity to quickly progress into an origination seat, so it is important that the hire is capable of networking with many different people.

My client is looking for a hard-working, detail-orientated vice president with direct private equity experience. In order to be considered for this opportunity you must have investment banking experience from a blue chip bank and significant transaction experience from a private equity team. Additionally you must have the correct communication and personality to work across the globe. Ideally you should be an existing Vice President, however, if you are an exceptional senior associate, please do not hesitate to come forward.

My client has flexibility over budget in order to hire a top quality candidate in H1 2018. They are committed to offering a large uptick on current comp, inclusive of an attractive base salary increase.
