Our client is the largest Independent Global Renewable Energy company who operate in over 10 countries covering: Wind, Solar, Energy Storage and Transmission & Distribution. They are now looking to expand their Corporate Development team and are looking for people at the Associate, VP and Junior Director Levels. This is a great opportunity to join a solid business in one of the most innovative spaces, the role also allows for flexibility as you can work remotely (within EU time zones).

They are now looking to expand their Corporate Development team and are looking for people at the Associate, VP and Junior Director Levels. Company Acquisitions and Tech Acquisitions only – This is not a Project or Asset led M&A role. 
The role:
• Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development in identifying new opportunities within the renewables space.
• Managing the full deal process from inception, identification, and Execution
• Managing Banks and Advisors
• Working with Stakeholders and internal staff assessing opportunities
• Hands on Management of deals from 10-400m
• Supporting the CEO, Finance and Tech team in the Strategy Process, Working through Growth options for the future

Candidate Requirements:
• 5-10 years’ Experience with an Investment Bank (M&A team), Boutique (M&A Team), Private Equity fund, Big 4 (Lead Advisory, Corporate Finance team) ideally with a sector focus in the renewables / energy space or must have a strong passion for Renewables.
• Strong cashflow modelling skills
• Solid reporting & communication skills.
• Happy to work independently as the role can be remote working with travel to the UK or EU offices when needed.
• Highly Commercial and able to run deals Autonomously
