Responsibilities.  

• Monitor the conduct risks of the Sales and Trading Businesses.  
• Manage and maintain the risk control self-assessment plan. 
• Scope and execute thematic risk assessments. 
• Manage the planning, execution, and reporting of thematic risk  assessments. 
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all lines of defence  

Skills Required.  

• Understanding of conduct risks in trading and sales activities  
• Experience in maintaining stakeholder relationships 
• Understanding of risk management practices
