Our Client is a market leading private funds advisor based in London. Their clients are invest in Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets and Real Estate. They provide capital raising and secondaries advisory services to both General Partners and Limited Partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful and quality deal execution from preparation to closing phases of GP-led transactions

• Activities will include gathering and analysing information; producing models and valuations; managing the deal process; tracking and communicating outreach activities; creating materials and reports; managing data rooms; managing due diligence; and preparation of legal documentation

• Structuring, with other  colleagues, tailor-made liquidity solutions in response to GP goals or problems

• Manage client relationships and client satisfaction levels

• Speak with GPs and educate on GP-led transactions, receive information and analyse opportunities

• Contribute to building the reputation of the company for secondaries advisory services.

• Contribute to the development and learning of your colleagues and direct reports; as well as own development.

Experience Required

• Ideally experience at VP level or solid experience as a Senior Associate

• Applied knowledge and/or experience of private equity and secondaries advisory/ secondaries buy-side

• Investment management/investment banking experience

• Advanced skills in financial modelling, including excel

• Applied knowledge of corporate finance and business valuation and modelling • Working knowledge of PE legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g., legal documentation, key processes)

• Ability to create marketing and content documents that capture and sell the opportunity, including intermediate use of .ppt and .doc

• Analytically minded • Highly numerate; able to manipulate data and produce sound analysis

• Good interpersonal skills with versatile style; good listener and questioner

• Excellent communicator, both orally and in written materials; articulate negotiator with strong organisational and project management skills

• Attention to detail, and appreciation of high quality in written materials

• Hardworking, entrepreneurial, and proactive

• Additional European languages an asset, but not a requirement.
