The team enjoyed a hugely successful 2020 and is looking to hire to support aggressive growth plans for the year ahead. They work on both buy and sell side M&A mandates across mainly public M&A working on a mix of large and mid-cap transactions across a diverse range of sectors.
There is a clear space within the structure for the right candidate who will have strong support from junior bankers but also the head room to develop their own career with the team as they are very much looking for a ‘deal leader’ with potential to develop into a senior banker.
Applications are sought from candidates with strong (Ideally UK) M&A experience gained with a leading investment bank or top tier boutique. Candidates are also of interest with sector M&A or M&A execution experience.
