• Originate and develop business with corporate, sponsor and financial institution clients.
• Advise clients on interest rate exposure arising from financing, acquisitions, capital structure optimisation and balance sheet management.
• Structure and execute interest rate hedging transactions across a range of derivative products.
• Work closely with relationship managers, investment bankers and product partners to identify client opportunities.
• Collaborate with Trading and Structuring teams to deliver tailored rates and FX solutions.
• Lead client discussions around market developments, central bank policy and the interest rate environment.
• Drive revenue generation and deepen existing client relationships across the franchise.
• Manage transactions from origination through execution.

• Experience within Risk Solutions Group, Corporate Derivatives Sales, Rates Solutions, Corporate Rates Sales or Structuring.
• Strong understanding of interest rate derivatives and treasury risk management.
• Knowledge of financing markets and corporate balance sheet dynamics.
• Proven ability to originate and execute client transactions.
• Strong commercial and relationship management skills.
• Experience engaging with senior corporate and financial institution stakeholders.
