A global consumer oriented sports brand that is well known for their digital offerings and consumer centricity, is now looking for a UX Researcher to support their best in class customer & user experience journeys. With ongoing investments and innovation within technology, data and product, this is an exciting opportunity for a junior UX researcher or customer insights researcher to step up to build on their commercial online & UX skills.
Reporting into the Research Lead, you will be involved in end to end user interaction and research focused projects including usability labs, focus groups, field research, surveys, analytics and interviews. This will be a business partnering type of opportunity where you wil be collaborating with various cross functional internal stakeholders including product, analytics, UX and research teams with a focus on providing customer insights from a design perspective.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate about the sporting and digital world.
- Have 3+ years experience working in a dedicated UX/Customer Insights/Customer Experience research function with a focus on digital experience, eCommerce or wider customer journeys.
- Ideally come from a volume B2C / Consumer focused industry background (Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Travel, eCommerce or similar)
- Bring demonstrated knowledge of Adobe/Google Analytics as well as experience working with User Testing Tools (Usertesting.com)
