ACCOUNTABILITIES: Builds demand generation plan for all products within a segment. Utilizes knowledge of all product lines within a segment to create and manage product launch and transition plans. Manages product demand plan throughout entire product and customer lifecycle. Manages demand plan to prevent excess lead times as well as shortage/excess production levels. Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives
This person will be responsible for the UK Consumer and Gaming marketing activity. They will have ownership across all demand KPI's as well as brand growth. They will be working with a small team of Consumer marketers to ensure our quarter, monthly and daily marketing activity is executed on time, to a high standard without any exceptions. They will have a cross functional role and will be working very closely to the online and merchandising teams to ensure best in class offers, messaging and customer journey. They will be dealing with vendor funding and will be working closely with our compliance teams as well as teams across the globe. Day to Day Activities
Main day to day tasks will include media vehicle tracking and performance to ensure our demand KPI's are hit
What is the work environment like?
- Must have strong marketing experience. Perferably from a retailer/ecommerce marketing background.
- Highly skilled in excel and have an anayltical mind.
- They must be able to work under pressure, be confident and optimistic, they need to be motivating and inspiring to all team members.

the team are marketers, some digital and some offline. The UK marketing team is 15 people strong covering consumer, gaming and small business so we have a broad segment view Fulltime or Parttime?
Full time - maternity cover What is the typical work schedule?
Monday - Friday 9-5.30. Sometimes additional hours are needed but not always Target Start Date
12 months Does this position require the candidate to onsite or can they be a remote resource?
Remote but will need to be in the office 1-2 times per week, some weeks maybe more
