Excellent opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager, with strong knowledge of Structured Finance, to join a leading international Bank. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will join an established team and will manage/oversee Structured Finance related client transactions within Debt Issuances.

Transaction Manager, Structured Finance (Loan Documentation)

Overview:

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager, with strong knowledge of Structured Finance, to join a leading international Bank. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will join an established team and will manage/oversee Structured Finance related client transactions within Debt Issuances. 

Responsibilities include:
•Managing client transactions (including review, negotiation and execution of relevant documentation), in relation to Structured Finance and Loan transactions.
•Ensuring that transactions are accurately set up and maintained.
•Ensuring appropriate client/account management coverage, including annual reviews and KYC renewals.
•Ensuring that all appropriate approvals are in place prior to deal closure (including KYC, deal review and trustee approvals).
•Acting as a point of contact for clients.
•Building and developing client relationships.
•Ensuring that billing/legal invoicing is accurate.
•Liaising with Operations regarding implementation of new transactions.
•Ensuring the accurate opening, verification, management and closure of cash and custody accounts.

Skills/Experience:
•Experience of transaction documentation review, deal execution and/or legal experience.
•Strong transaction management & negotiation skills.
•Knowledge of Corporate Trust desirable.
•Knowledge of Structured Finance and Loan transactions desirable.
•Fiduciary legal experience advantageous.
•Good client service skills.
•Strong negotiation skills.
•Strong administrative skills.
•Ability to prioritise workload.
•Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
