Excellent opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager, with strong knowledge of Structured Finance, to join a leading international Bank. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will join an established team and will manage/oversee allocated Structured Finance related client transactions within Debt Issuances.

Transaction Manager, Structured Finance (Cash Management)

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager, with strong knowledge of Structured Finance, to join a leading international Bank. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will join an established team and will manage/oversee allocated Structured Finance related client transactions within Debt Issuances.

 

Responsibilities include:
•Managing/overseeing allocated Structured Debt Finance related transactions
•Reviewing, negotiating and executing relevant documentation.
•Cash management of allocated structured finance transactions.
•Ensuring that transactions are accurately set up and maintained.
•Acting as point of contact for clients.
•Building and developing client relationships.
•Ensuring appropriate client/account management coverage (including annual reviews and KYC renewals).
•Ensuring that all appropriate approvals are in place prior to deal closure (including KYC, deal review and trustee approvals).
•Taking part in deal review as appropriate.
•Ensuring that billing/legal invoicing is accurate.
•Liaising with Operations regarding implementation of new transactions.
•Ensuring accurate opening, verification, management and closure of cash and custody accounts.

Skills/Experience:
•Strong transaction management & negotiation skills.
•Understanding of transaction documentation, deal execution and/or legal experience.
•Knowledge of Corporate Trust desirable.
•Working knowledge of Structured Finance transactions desirable.
•Cash management experience desirable.
•Fiduciary legal experience advantageous.
•Ability to prioritise workload.
•Good client services skills.
•Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
