Excellent opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager, with strong knowledge of Structured Finance, to join an established financial organisation. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of structured finance transactions. Responsibilities will include liaising with relevant transaction parties, assisting in setting up SPVs and ensuring that Company and SPV related obligations are correctly reflected in transaction documents.

Transaction Manager

Overview:

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager, with strong knowledge of Structured Finance, to join an established financial organisation. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of structured finance transactions. Responsibilities will include liaising with relevant transaction parties, assisting in setting up SPVs and ensuring that Company and SPV related obligations are correctly reflected in transaction documents.

 

Responsibilities include:
•Drafting and reviewing Company documents including corporate services agreement, fee letters, loan agreements  and UK company corporate documentation.
•Reviewing and commenting on transaction documents.
•Instructing, supervising and/or arranging the incorporation of SPVs, capitalisation, bank account openings and KYC requirements.
•Taking part in client meetings and signings.
•Managing existing transactions, including changes to transactions, amendments to documentation, transaction default and termination processes.
•Liaising with internal teams regarding implementation of changes to transactions and implications to ongoing compliance management or accounting.
•Dealing with transaction enquiries.
•Reviewing invoices and assisting with financial control.
•Reviewing Investor Reports.
•Drafting initial quotes for transactions, in conjunction with the Business Development Team.
•Assisting with business development/marketing objectives i.e. organising post deal closure marketing reviews/meetings with clients and developing target contact lists of existing clients.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
•Solid experience in a similar role, including experience of reviewing securitisation and structured finance documentation.
•Experience of corporate administration of UK companies advantageous.
•Strong communication skills.
•Ability to prioritise workload.
•Ability to understand, consider and discuss complex securitisation and structured transactions.
