Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will join an established team and will manage/oversee allocated Structured Finance related client transactions. Responsibilities will include reviewing, negotiating and executing relevant documentation.

SMC620 –Transaction Manager, Structured Finance (Cash Management)

Overview:

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager, with strong knowledge of Structured Finance, to join a leading international Bank. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will join an established team and will manage/oversee allocated Structured Finance related client transactions. Responsibilities will include reviewing, negotiating and executing relevant documentation.

Responsibilities include:

·Managing client transactions through review, negotiation and execution of relevant documentation.

·Cash managing a portfolio of structured finance transactions.

·Acting as a main point of contact for allocated clients.

·Ensuring that transactions are accurately set up and maintained.

·Ensuring that all appropriate approvals are in place prior to deal closure.

·Taking part in deal reviews as appropriate.

·Ensuring that billing/invoicing is accurate and up to date

·Ensuring accurate opening, verification, management and closure as appropriate of cash and custody accounts.

·Building and developing client relationships.

·Providing support to Sales on new business prospects as required.

·Ad-hoc duties, as required.

Skills/Experience:

·Knowledge of Issuer Corporate Trust product and market desirable.

·Working knowledge of Structured Finance transactions desirable.

·Cash management experience desirable.

·Understanding of transaction documentation, deal execution and/or legal experience.

·Strong transaction management/execution and negotiation skills.

·Strong communication skills.
