Working alongside another TA, the hire will have ownership for two industry leading fixed income traders. The remit of the role is broad and heavily front office focused – 50% of the role is focused on managing deal pipeline, carrying out research for investment analysts and working on projects for the lead portfolio manager. The remaining 50% is a core TA position (they have a separate operations/middle office team).
Whilst this role can be a 5day office position, my client are just as happy for it to be a) be a 4 day per week role, b) a flexible 5 day role (where 1-2 days can be WFH).
We are looking for candidates with 5-15yrs IB or hedge fund experience, in operations/MO/TA roles, ideally with a fixed income focus.
We have flexibility on budget, so the new hire can expect a 10-20% increase on his/her current base salary and a bonus that will make up a large % of base (for a top performer) – you are part of the front office bonus pool. My client is open to a bonus buy-out to hire the most relevant person.
