Market Job Description


  • The primary areas of responsibility for the role are as follows:
  • To facilitate Wells Fargo overseas partners with processing of all trade related products on behalf of London / European branches
  • Provide technical product support and customer service for Wells Fargo clients and business partners
  • Provide subject matter expertise to Internal and External customers
  • Investigate and resolve all queries and problems regarding all Export LC documents and payments
  • Monitoring of inward and outward swift messages
  • Document tracking and mailing associated with Trade Finance Products
  • Provide solutions to operational problems and suggest improvements to workflows

Market Skills and Certifications


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A sound knowledge of Trade Finance products including Guarantees and SBLC’s
  • Must be up to date with ICC Rules and Regulations including UCP600, Incoterms 2010, URDG  and International Standard Banking Practice
  • Extensive knowledge of documents checking, discrepancies under Export /Import LC’s
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Teamwork, organization skills and ability to prioritize
  • Preference for CDCS qualified or equivalent   
  • Be able to work on their own initiative
