Trade Floor Support Lead
Trade Floor Support Lead
You will be a hands-on leader to a team of 5 specialists. Your role will include the delivery of technical support, end user training and overall ownership of all workplace technology including, desktop hardware, mobile technologies, print, AV, VC.
You will also organise shift patterns, delivering process improvement initiatives and ensuring the maintenance of bank-wide standards for desktop services.
We offer the opportunity to own the day-to-day operations of a function operating in a high-pressure trade floor environment and run operational projects, such as Workplace technology deployments or upgrades to trading platforms.
You will need to bring the skills to create a great customer service experience and to build strong and trusted relationship across the trade floor.
You will also need the following technical skills;
- Microsoft SOE - Windows 7/10 Office 2013/16.
- Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Cabling), Remote Access Connectivity (VPN), Telephony (Cisco VoIP phones/Voice Recording)
- knowledge of Market Data applications and connectivity (Bloomberg, Reuters, Factset etc.).
