The successful candidate will initially be primarily responsible for all technical analyst aspects relating to successful delivery of the Central Services Compliance ERM solution.

Description of Role and Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be expected to lead, drive the analysis and requirement gathering, functional delivery and enhancement, BAU support and engagement with various Stakeholders, Business and technical areas.

There may be further opportunity to be involved in additional Central Services related initiatives.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

New Business Initiatives

• Have a clear vision very early on in order to guide the process directly to the end point.
• Analyse Business process, facilitate new initiatives while remaining aligned to Business strategy and  IT strategy, service management best practices and protocols
• Generate ideas/proposals/solutions for further business and technical improvement and opportunity
• Working with the Project Support Office document & communicate resultant business and technical  procedures/processes/responsibilities and provide appropriate training to End Users
• Successful delivery of  project outcomes against stated project objectives

Business and Application Support

• Provide ongoing/ado IT Systems & Business Process support  to all internal and external stakeholders (as required)
• Monitor daily system activities, provide required support, and remediate emergent problems and incidents as per IT service management best practices and protocols
• Provide support to the end users
• Continually improve business and technical process and user experience
• Effectively communicate status of production environment on an ongoing basis to Stakeholders, Shared Services team and Management, escalating when required as per IT service management best practices and protocols
• Ensure relevant documentation and availability for technical and business continuity tests

Stakeholder Relationships

• Develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders (Onboarding, Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Regulatory, Compliance, I.T), and external vendors & consultants
• Work effectively with all stakeholders to produce best business performance outcomes

Job specific objectives

• Significant hands on technical analyst expertise
• Ability to analyse data at a detailed level to identify problems and then define solutions
• Business / market / product knowledge – solution and opportunity delivery, advantageous 
• SQL knowledge, advantageous
