Description

The Talent Development Manager will be focusing on designing and implementing new learning and development initiatives through out the firm and at all levels.

The role will also include -

  • Manage intern and graduate programs
  • Work with the current team to evaluate the current development programs
  • Create new training initiatives as needed
  • Work with internal and/or external resources to design and deliver technical training
  • Evaluate and improve existing internal collaboration and cross-departmental training opportunities
  • Work with senior stakeholders to evolve executive coaching options and other leadership development
  • Work on a range of ad-hoc projects domestically and internationally

Profile

The Talent Development Manager will have a tangible proven track record of success in a Talent/Learning Development role

The successful candidate will also possess -

  • Experience within a technology or FinTech organisation
  • Relevant Degree
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven track record of imitative
  • Previous experience with designing and implementing training programs
  • Experience implementing and improving graduate and intern programmes
