About the role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, we are looking for a Systems and Technical Data Administrator to provide technical and data support, maintenance and development for the full range of platforms and systems used across the business.  These include bespoke CRM and investment management solutions, as well as Bloomberg and a web-based portal. There will be opportunities to help refine and shape the future business through improved process.

Key responsibilities are to support the Head of Operations and the wider business to:

  • own and manage the data integrity across all BR systems
  • be involved in design, development and management of BR systems
  • develop new automated processes
  • gather and format data for new reports
  • support data and development requests from investment and client teams
  • research and implement new technology, products and systems
  • maintain systems documentation
  • create and maintain technical and systems manuals
  • manage third party systems partner relationships
  • ensure the team has the necessary infrastructure to work efficiently at home and in the office

About you

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Maths, Engineering, IT or similar, with up to two years employment experience and excellent communication skills.  You will be skilled in researching and learning new skills and technology solutions and have proven technical aptitude in system development and/or implementation.  Knowledge of basic coding, SQL, HTML, VBA, Perl, PHP, Python, Bloomberg and Mailchimp would be an advantage. 

Terms

This is a full-time role with a salary of £35,000 plus a discretionary bonus and a wide range of benefits including flexible working. 

You must have the right to live and work in the UK – no sponsorship is available.
