Support Group Compliance Senior Analyst / Manager
An excellent opportunity to join a new team within EMEA Support Group Compliance, as a Senior Analyst / Manager.
Across the industry there has been recognition of an increasing requirement to provide regulatory compliance advice and oversight to teams in areas such as operations, finance, IT and human resources. Macquarie have a dedicated compliance team to support these areas.
Your role requires you to partner with our support group functions that deal with a wide range of activity across our divisions in EMEA. Key regulatory aspects of the role include operations resilience, client money regime, client classification, cyber, data management and regulatory reporting.
You will report to the EMEA Support Group Compliance lead supporting Macquarie's Market Operations, Technology, Human Resources and Financial Management groups. You will work closely with staff at all levels assisting in providing advice support to businesses, performing regulatory gap-analysis, assisting in audits, maintaining policies and contributing to projects.
You will have effective interpersonal skills, the ability to develop relationships across various business stakeholders, comfortable dealing with data, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to proactively identity and analyse problems and propose viable solutions. Experience of transaction reporting and client money rules would be an advantage.
