The Opportunity:

The Supplier Management team are responsible for the management and oversight of key suppliers and service providers both in the UK and Europe with the aim of ensuring that:

• To provide SME advice and guidance in relation to supplier management.
• To support the alignment to the M&G Outsourcing and Third Party Supply Policy.
• To deliver the implementation of the Supplier Management framework to manage day to day risks and ensure continuous risk assessment of the outsourced services.
• To work with the outsourced providers to ensure all reporting, monitoring and governance activity enhances and addresses the visibility of risks to a variety of internal governance forums and committees.
• Costs are understood and controlled.
• Relationships remain positive.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• To manage and facilitate the day to day relationship with key suppliers.
• Provide an escalation point for issues arising with regards to key suppliers.
• Manage and implement initiatives that will benefit the overall relationship with suppliers.
• Monitor SLA's and KPI reports.
• Ensure consistent reporting of supplier performance to internal committees and forums as required.
• Maintain an effective working relationship with all internal stakeholders.
• Attend/Chair regular service review and liaison meetings with frequency appropriate to supplier; encouraging attendance and participation from other business areas as appropriate.

What we are looking for:

You will previous management of SLA's & Suppliers. As investment company background is highly beneficial, as is knowledge of operational processes and experience of negotiation. You will have a strong understanding of the Financial Services Industry. Experience managing and implementing process improvements would also be useful.
