The Staffing Partner is a key role for the Staffing function. Reporting directly to the Head of the PSU, the overall objective is to work closely with our consultants on the bench to ensure they are maximizing their time at GFT and are fully aware of all the available opportunities. This is also to provide a point of contact to those consultants out on assignment.


Your principle activities will include:

• Management of Bench Management Process
o To ensure all consultants coming on to the Bench have a meeting with Staffing to discuss opportunities and set out a personal Bench Strategy
o Run a weekly Bench meeting to ensure all consultants on the Bench are utilizing their time effectively for the PSU / Consultant
o Work with CUs and Capability Leads to identify internal initiatives and sales work that require support and match consultants accordingly


• Workforce Planning
o Assist in the workforce planning for the PSUs helping to address contractor/perm ratios
o Identifying and highlighting development opportunities for the consultants based on the workforce plan and opportunities in the pipeline


• Relationship Management
o Be 1st poc for new joiners on Mondays
o Assist in the proactive rotation of consultants ensuring all CUs, Capability Leads and Consultants affected are comfortable with the outcome
o Proactively manage the Associate network ensuring we maintain contact and use where appropriate


• Admin
o Ensuring all CVs and Bios are up to date and in correct format
o Attend resourcing meetings and be custodian for Resource Operations information and information sharing
o Capture and share actions where required
o Predict monthly forecasting reports on consultant utilisation with Finance
o Distribute weekly resourcing pipeline reports

What we require from you:

• Previous Account Management or Relationship Management experience ideally in a consultancy environment required
• Excellent attention to detail
• A structured and process driven approach
• Excellent MS Office skills
• A proactive and positive outlook
• Good at building relationships
