Core Responsibilities
Regulatory Oversight Management - IC3

Resides in the business and manages first line of defence regulatory oversight management efforts as they relate to regulatory and policy requirements. Thorough knowledge of CASS and CAP rules and a good knowledge of MIFIDII regulations. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability, and strong oral and written communication skills..

Analyzes existing legislation, regulatory announcements, and industry practices for first line of defence. Assists management in embedding requirements into business processes. Helps business develop procedures to meet compliance requirements

Responsible for the oversight of Client Asset Safeguarding Oversight across Markets.
Provide Client Asset Safeguarding expertise across the Markets business lines - fully understanding the impact and applicability of CASS / CAP to Markets.

Responsible for overseeing Audits (internal and external) and Business Partner reviews - pertaining to Client Asset Safeguarding.

Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the Markets Issues and Breaches process - pertaining to Client Asset Safeguarding.

Lead and represent Markets at Councils and Sub-Committees - as required by Asset Safeguarding regulations.

Plans, implements and oversees successful execution of Safeguarding projects, Training and initiatives.


Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Advanced/graduate degree preferred.

5-7 years of total work experience preferred.

Full Time
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
