This role will report directly to the International CIO to deliver the firms strategy across the region. The incumbent will provide leadership support to the International CIO and Executive team to all issues related to Technology within the region. Act as a trusted advisor and drive a number of large projects which are global in scope and have significant management attention ensuring all are operating at an optimum level to enable business operations on time service delivery. Ensure all workforce and people related programs are measured, tracked and delivered. Provides extensive expertise in defining and developing analytical approaches to unprecedented and complex issues and guidance. Where measurement gaps exist, devises new metrics or reports to fill those gaps. Reviews operational data/metrics and compiles into dashboards, reports or presentations. Navigates the entire firm in order to effectively complete tasks. Provides guidance in the development of consultative partnerships with internal teams to understand and meet their strategic goals, key performance indicators and reporting requirements. Communicates with internal teams and leaders to stay abreast of organization and function operations and has a full understanding of company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc. Execute special projects/initiatives that are of strategic importance for the function or business unit. Is a resource to more junior staff on complex or unprecedented issues. Is considered the technical support for any ad-hoc reporting or project needs in the function or business unit Partners with and supports senior leaders and their teams to ensure analytical and reporting needs are aligned and supports business and operating results. Additional Requirements Lead the set up formal governance structures for each project, driving established project plans and liaising with a number of stakeholders across the bank to deliver on project deliverables Maintain accurate workforce reporting and timely reconciliation of headcount projects to be circulated to all key stakeholders and delivering formal updates and executive business review presentations to Senior Management Guide the Workplace Location strategy planning process cross the region, collaborating with colleagues from the Global team. Drive the development, implementation and production of robust reporting capabilities on a country and business level across the region, providing Technology Executives with actionable intelligence required for the management of the operating models working closely with Site & Heads of technology, COOs and other key Stakeholders. Significant exposure of working on initiatives as well as preparing and presenting communications, supporting on adhoc projects related to company policy and best practices. Partner the EMEA Business Continuity Management team to ensure the effective delivery of a robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs as appropriate are in place and maintained. It would be highly advantageous to have demonstrated professional exposure in business analysis or a project management skillset It is highly desirable to possess advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to demonstrate high levels of critical thinking and prioritization to solve problems. Develops innovative solutions within a fast-changing environment and demonstrable experience in breaking down strategic goals and business initiatives into key tasks Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand organizational and departmental strategy and objectives Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels Be an adept communicator, at ease with consensus-building, negotiation and persuasion with the ability to leverage relationships across the organization Qualifications Qualifications It is highly desirable to have experience running Technology Functions or experience as a Technical program Manager. It is desired but not essential to have Financial Services/Banking Industry experience. It is desired but not essential to have experience in a Technology Risk Background. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/Graduate degree preferred. 12+ total work experience preferred.
