Social Media Strategy Lead
This role is not available to start until December 2020

Job Description
•Create and manage the social media strategy, with defined outcomes
•Driving social media campaigns for lead generation & promote brand awareness
•Planning and scheduling of content to ensure high levels of measurable engagement
•Evolving the internal social publishing process in collaboration with teams across Finastra
•Updating and maintaining the company's social media policy and guidelines
•Owning social selling strategy at Finastra, driving adoption within GTM
•Administration of Finastra's online social distribution platform ("Sociabble"),
•Developing systems and processes to better manage the creation and distribution of content via social channels across the different lines of business
•Defining the outcomes, regularly assessing, tracking and reporting the effectiveness and impact of social media activity and recommending alternative strategies
•Regularly reporting and sharing insight from social listening, and suggesting improvements
•Be an evangelist for social media, both internally and externally

Skills Requirements
•Proven experience in designing and managing social media strategies, with demonstrable results
•Technically savvy, with in depth knowledge of social media platforms and how best to optimise usage
•Working within B2B Marketing organisations to maximise the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through social channels
•Significant experience in developing social selling strategies and training go-to-market functions on how to use and maximise social media
•Ability to interpret analytics in order to report on the performance of social media activities, content and channels and the effectiveness of social media engagement
•Experience of cross functional collaboration and working across diverse regions, with remote teams/agencies
